What I love about her work is that she listens to what I care about with my skincare needs, she makes a plan that is sustainable, stays within my budget, and is honest with the reality of what she can help me achieve and what she can’t. Lindsey explains and educates me on why I’m getting the service i received, what the products are doing for my skin and why she chose them. She even gives me tips on how to make educated skincare purchases if I fall subject to marketing of the hottest trends, I can even text her and she will let me know if it’s right for me or not... talk about service! She is never pushy to make me do anything I don’t feel comfortable with. I truly feel like my service is all about me and my needs, and I have an expert skincare concierge at my fingertips.

I've been seeing Ursula for almost 5 years now and there is no one else in Chicago I trust my skin to. From the very first appointment with her you'll see a noticeable difference. She customizes everything based on your skin type, lifestyle, and even if you spent a little too much time in the sun on a vacation! Her knowledge of products and treatments is incredible and spending an hour with her flies by so quickly because she's warm, funny and can answer any skincare question or issue I have at that time. I thought I knew how to take care of my skin until I met Ursula. I started going to Ursula a couple weeks before my wedding and thankfully I did just in time. DermRadiant co-owner, Ursula, is the best Esthetician in Chicago! I have tried SO many esthetician’s and got MANY Brazilians and never found an esthetician who could compare to Ursula. After your very first appointment you will see why I call her the Queen :) She has performed peels and super hydrating facials, plus facials that I just needed to de-stress. Her product knowledge and how she watches your skin respond during the facial is over and above what other estheticians I have gone to were able to do. She also gives the best and quickest Brazilians! I tend to have a lot of blackheads and she has been able to help me avoid them by waxing properly and recommending aftercare. If you want the best; if you want your skin to improve; if you are tired of going to esthetician's who don't make a difference, you need to go to Ursula!
